1. Nature of Service

Blessed Nikah is an online matrimonial and matchmaking facilitation platform. The platform provides tools and services to help users discover potential matrimonial profiles based on preferences.

Important: Blessed Nikah does not guarantee marriage, engagement, proposal acceptance, suitability, compatibility, or successful outcomes. The decision to proceed with any match rests entirely with the users and their families.

2. Eligibility

By using Blessed Nikah, you confirm that:

  • You are legally eligible to marry under applicable Indian laws.
  • All information provided by you is true, accurate, and not misleading.
  • You are using the platform for lawful matrimonial purposes only.

Blessed Nikah reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of eligibility requirements.

3. Subscription & Payments

Blessed Nikah offers paid subscription plans of different durations and pricing.

Subscription fees are clearly displayed prior to payment.

Payments once made are considered final, subject to the refund policy below.

No Guarantee Disclaimer

Payment for any plan does not imply or assure:

  • A fixed number of matches
  • Successful communication
  • Marriage or engagement outcomes

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

All subscriptions are non-refundable and non-transferable.

No refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction, lack of matches, inactivity, or early termination by the user.

If an account is suspended or terminated due to policy violations, no refund shall be provided.

By making a payment, you explicitly agree to this refund policy.

5. User Conduct & Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Behave respectfully and lawfully with other users.
  • Not post false, defamatory, obscene, misleading, or unlawful content.
  • Not misuse personal information obtained through the platform.

Blessed Nikah reserves the right to:

  • Review, moderate, suspend, or remove any profile or content
  • Terminate accounts without notice for policy violations

Such actions may be taken without any obligation to refund subscription fees.

6. User-Generated Content

Users are solely responsible for the content they upload, share, or communicate.

Blessed Nikah does not verify the authenticity of user-provided information.

Blessed Nikah shall not be held responsible for misrepresentation, fraud, or false claims made by users.

7. Offline Interactions & Risk Disclaimer

Any communication, meeting, or interaction outside the Blessed Nikah platform is entirely at the user’s own risk.

Blessed Nikah is not responsible for:

  • Dowry demands or disputes
  • Financial transactions between users
  • Emotional distress, family disagreements, or conflicts
  • Physical meetings or their consequences

Users are advised to exercise due diligence and involve families/guardians as appropriate.

8. Intermediary Status (Information Technology Act, 2000)

Blessed Nikah acts as an intermediary under the provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules framed thereunder.

The platform does not initiate, modify, or select information transmitted between users.

Blessed Nikah shall not be liable for any third-party information, data, or communication hosted on the platform.

Upon receiving lawful notice, Blessed Nikah will take appropriate action as required under applicable law.

9. Privacy & Data Protection (DPDP Act, 2023)

By using the platform, users consent to the collection, storage, and processing of their personal data for matrimonial purposes.

Blessed Nikah complies with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

User data is not sold to third parties.

Reasonable security practices are followed to protect personal information.

For payment processing, limited data may be shared with authorized payment service providers.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Blessed Nikah shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or emotional damages.
  • Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the subscription amount paid by the user.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

Blessed Nikah may suspend or terminate any account:

  • For violation of these Terms
  • For unlawful or harmful conduct
  • For misuse of the platform

Such termination may occur without prior notice and without refund.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Delhi, India.

13. Modifications

Blessed Nikah reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
